Glow only in dark room
These are good cones with vents. Only very very strong wind can move them.
But still soft and won’t hurt in can you fall on them.
Restore back in shape in case you stake over them.
These require complete dark place to glow visibly. In outdoor environment, they never glow. Better is to go for cheap and beautiful colorful cones.
